Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to check the estimated arrival date of your order.

Please note that the tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

For customers in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan: please ensure to fill your name in accordance to your ID card when filling in the delivery information.

For customers in Japan and Korea: please fill in your shipping address in English.

It is not possible to change the shipping information after checkout.

Duties and Taxes

1. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes that vary from country to country, and are to be borne by the customer.

2. HEADACHE is not responsible for any of the fees incurred in the event that the customer rejects the package upon delivery due to unpaid duties, fees and import taxes.

3. HEADACHE does not provide invoice documents.


DELIVERY TIMES

1. HEADACHE will process your orders within 3-4 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. HEADACHE reserves the right to reject orders, and to delay the delivery of orders that may fail to deliver on time due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. The items are shipped from Xiamen, China. Please allow 7-15 days business days for the processing and transit time for international orders.

4. HEADACHE can assume no liability for deliveries delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners.

5. We cannot select specific delivery dates or times.
